3rd Monthsary

    This is a new record for me; my current relationship with hubby has lasted 3 months already. We are going strong and very much still getting comfortable with each other. I can see myself with hubby for a very long time. Sometimes we talk of our future and that we are together enjoying the fruits of life.

    This is a very special day for the two of us; we decided to eat at Banoks in Torres St. When we were there we can’t even decide on what to order. I ask hubby “kung anu gusto nya, sabi nya kahit ano. Meron bang ganun? Kahit anu? ”. When we finish ordering he gave me a present it was a 2GB USB which I was expecting for he asked me what I wanted if he gave me a present. Which was also very coincidental for my 256MB USB got dented. I was also expecting the classic gifts; you know the flowers, chocolate and stuff toy. But then again I can’t imagine what people would say if a guy gave me flowers and a stuff toy for we were in a public place. Of course I also have a present for him, an earring from filigrenisia because I can’t think of anything to give him, he doesn’t like surprises pero bahala sya. We ate dinner, and I had ice cream pero ayaw nya ng sweets. We went to People’s Park after; we strolled and see the views. We went home after because he has a curfew.

Juan and Teacher Story

Teacher: Juan, if there are 5 birds sitting on the fenceand you shot 1 with your gun, how many are left?

Juan: None, cause the rest would fly away.

Teacher: Well the answer is 4, but i like the way your thinking.

Juan: I have a question for you Ma’am, there are 3 women in the ice cream shop,
One was licking her cone, the 2nd was biting her cone and the 3rd is sucking her cone..
Which one is married?

Teacher: I guess the one sucking the cone.

Juan: No, the one with wedding ring on her finger,
but i like the way your thinking..

It’s been quite some time since I last check the current page rank of this blog of mine (http://rheejinon.i.ph), but as of July 27, 2008 it change from N/A to PR2. I was kinda shock and at the same time glad for the change of status. I started this blog last January 2008 and it has been 6 months since. I guess Google has recognized my blog and increase its page rank. Thank You Google!!

But I’m not really sure if it really did change to PR2. In some PR checker it is true but in some it is not. I guess I’ll just have to wait and see. Thank you also for my viewers. And keep visiting rheejinon your cater-cousin(A friend of the heart).

GenSan Hosts Mindanao Bloggers Summit 2 in October 2008

General Santos City, fresh on its bid to become the Convention Capital of Region XII, will be the site of the biggest gathering of bloggers everywhere in the island - the 2nd Mindanao Bloggers Summit or MBS 2, for short.

October 25, 2008, Saturday, during the GenSan E-Business Week of the DTI and the city government.

This came after the organizers of the 1st Mindanao Bloggers Summit held last September in Davao City led by Blogie Robillo, and his group, The Usual Suspects, felt it was time for the Tuna Capital to take the lead.

The Socsksargen Bloggers have been thinking about it ever since Mark Aethen Agana of Koronadal, spearheaded a SOCCSarGen Blog Seminar last February which gathered almost two hundred participants at the Notre Dame of Marbel University.

The positive response of young people from Socsksargen to that seminar led me and seminar speakers Hecky Miñoza, Bro. Vince Celeste, FMS, Sir Ariel Lalisan, together with Gensan Trade portal owners Job and Liezl Oberio, photobuff Toto Lozano, Website designer Dennis Paul Custorio, and teacher Sandra Bonrusto to go a step higher - host an even bigger event, this time to be held in GenSan.

The 1st Mindanao Bloggers Summit in Davao drew more than 150 participants and so to reach that record, we have invited nationally-famous bloggers (along with Mindanao-based personalities) to make up the exciting list of resource speakers.

One who confirmed to be talking on the summit is the Inquirer columnist and Cable TV’s The Explainer, Manuel L. Quezon III himself that “It would be an honor to attend, please let me know the details.”

And since this is GenSan, the Tuna Capital of the Philippines, our culmination activity will be the most-sought after among visitors, the SASHIMI NIGHT!

Now, if those aren’t more than enough reasons to be in GenSan, for the 2nd Mindanao Bloggers Summit on October 25, 2008 I really don’t know what else will be.

I have come across with one of the most fascinating site that I ever encounter. Blogniinday is very interesting and funny to read about the exploits and life of Inday who apparently is just a maid or a house helper but has the most mind bungling vocabulary that may make your nose bleed due to her profound statements. 

You can really feel the euphoria when people are stunned or aghast when they come across Inday engaging in a conversation.
